Terms of service
These terms describe how quotations, confirmations and transportation services are handled by AMAZIR.
Quotations
Prices are not published on this website. Each request receives a personalised quotation based on route, distance, timing, passenger numbers and vehicle category. A quotation is valid for the journey and dates described in it.
Confirmation
A booking exists once you approve the quotation and we confirm the assigned vehicle and driver in writing.
Payment
Accepted methods: Cash, Card, Online payment, Bank transfer. Payment terms are stated in your quotation; no payment is requested before a quotation is confirmed.
Changes and cancellations
Changes to timings, routes or passenger numbers should be sent as early as possible so we can adjust the vehicle assignment. Cancellation conditions are stated in your quotation.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are asked to be ready at the agreed pickup time, to respect seat-belt and safety instructions, and to declare special requirements such as child seats or accessibility needs in advance.
