When you submit a quote request or contact message we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name where relevant, and the journey details needed to prepare a quotation.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare a quotation, operate the transportation you confirm, and keep records required for invoicing. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Details are shared internally with the drivers and coordinators assigned to your journey, and with service providers only where necessary to deliver the service you requested.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to contact@amazirtours.com.
This policy will be reviewed with the company's legal representative before launch.
