For a 40-person arrival or a 7am excursion departure, the timings matter more than the vehicle. We confirm the pickup point, the headcount and the departure time in advance, drivers arrive early, and luggage is loaded while the group boards — so your programme starts when it says it does.
Up to 59 passengers usually travel in a single touring coach. Above that, or where mountain and desert roads suit smaller vehicles, we run a convoy of minibuses and 4x4s that departs, stops and arrives together under one lead driver, so a large group never fragments across the route.
Recent coaches and minibuses with reclining seats, working air conditioning, tinted windows and space to move — plus comfort stops planned into the route. On long legs such as Marrakech to Merzouga or Fes to the coast, the breaks are written into the programme, not improvised.
Before you travel we agree the passenger count per vehicle, the pickup points and the exact timings for each movement, and we send the driver and vehicle details for every leg. For convoys the vehicles travel together with one lead driver, and for multi-day programmes the same drivers stay with your group so briefings do not restart each morning.

Touring coaches have full hold capacity, and minibuses take a suitcase plus hand luggage per passenger. Tell us about conference material, instruments, skis, surfboards or golf bags in advance and we size the vehicle or add a trailer.
Yes. We use recent, insured vehicles with seat belts and calm, experienced drivers, seat teachers or group leaders at the front, and follow clear headcount procedures at every stop.
Yes. We operate timed shuttle loops between hotels and venues, waves for gala dinners and ceremonies, and late-night return runs, with on-site marshalling and standby vehicles where the programme needs them.
Coaches cannot enter medina lanes, so we park at the nearest permitted access point and coordinate with your hotel or riad so staff help with luggage on the short walk. Where access is very tight we use minibuses instead.
Drivers are professional drivers, not licensed guides. We can add a licensed national or regional guide to your programme on request, quoted separately and confirmed in writing with the transport plan.
